As the MD, Vaughan Muncaster I started constructing new houses and carrying out renovations and house extension work on the lower north shore of Sydney. I have built MCOM from a small construction company and we are now one of the market leaders in medium sized developments.
We have a team of qualified skilled and proactive staff who have between 5 – 36 years experience in the industry. Our team consists of skilled tradesman including plumbers, carpenters, labourers, foreman, estimators and project managers.
Our projects range between $2 to $15 million.
Our project team qualifications include Diploma in Building Studies, Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Business ( Real Estate Management) , Bachelor of Building as well as our finance and admin teams.
